Applicable to all single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic products, including jumpers, adapters, fiber optic boxes, and related products.
The standard warranty period is 3 years, calculated from the date the customer signs for the product.
During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to material defects or production process issues, we will provide free repair or replacement.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Malfunctions caused by human damage, misoperation, or improper storage.
Damage caused by force majeure events such as earthquakes and floods.
Quality issues caused by customers dismantling or modifying products without authorization.
Customers are required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. After confirmation by our technical team, a solution will be arranged.
For confirmed quality issues, we will complete repairs or replacements within 7 working days.
